Biography
Moniek, born and raised in Holland, knew she wanted to sing from a very young age and so she studied music and musical theatre in Holland. After she finished her studies she played in several musicals in Holland, GRAND HOTEL and ASPECTS OF LOVE.
She then moved to France and was part of the following shows: LE ROYAL PALACE as Leading Lady, LE BAL DES VAMPIRES as Magda, with ROMAN POLANSKI as director, in Gerard Presgurvics ROMEO ET JULIETTE as Lady Capulet on their tours in Asia and Russia and in MICKEY’S CHRISTMAS BIG BAND as a singer/dancer in DISNEYLAND PARIS.
And for the season ‘19/’20 she will be Molly Jensen in the musical GHOST Le Musical, in Paris Theatre Mogador.
She also is a professional singer for special occasions. She’s done many gigs in the South of France (Saint Tropez, Cannes, Monaco, Nice) and also international, where she sings all kinds of music styles from jazz to pop and rock.
